After placing furniture your inventory's "free load" does not increase and will stay incorrect until the character relogs. Possibly linked to the known issue that when placing furniture the empty slot stays active?

GUI proposals
Just thinking of a few GUI improvement suggestions.
Toggle filter on the skill window to show base skills rather than modified skills - i.e. skills before implants etc
Make the G.R. window resizable, similar to GoGo and Chat window. This would allow users to make use of font.ini to set RPOS text larger, and then re-size the GR window to fit all locations. Currently, if you set it above 10pt font, some locations fall out of the bottom of the GR menu and can't be selected.
Update the maps to make them a little more friendly. Thinking specifically innercity - add a bit of text to the sector map to advise which zone a corridor leads onto. Would make traversing the Outzone a little easier.
Perhaps a reference to GUI commands in the help section - or add them as options. Things like turning off headbob and changing the RPoS colour are available to players via text commands - tie them into buttons to save remembering the combinations.
Look at adding a colourblind mode.
Someone else mentioned this before - a second skill bar would be amazeballs. Sorry - can't remember who suggested this originally, but it needed seconding.
Change the clock in the top-left to give the option for local time. I don't believe anyone uses in-game time for anything.
Missions window - more info/guidance would be nice. Have part of it show you the mission title and a brief overview (Kill 5 LCs) and the other half have any conversation text that is associated with the mission - this makes reviewing convos on things like Epic missions a bit easier. Also - if it's a 'kill 5 of these' mission, have it count down, in case you miss it in the chat window.
Preset buttons on the processor, which saves things the player puts in there. So say, I could have one preset that saves the fact there's a CST tool in there, and a second that saves a REC tool. Allow 3-5 different presets. If I click on 1, it puts the CST into the processor. If I click 2, it puts the REC tool in there instead.
There's a little space above the Sector name in the Location box in the top-left. Put in there whether a location is Secure/Hacknet etc - could help newer players quickly check where they are more safe.

The patch level for the test server has been reset, so you must create a new test server installation. Please follow the instructions for creating a test client. The latest installer released on the download page is already patched to #212 to save time on patching.

[T#229] Alt key movement
On the testserver when you press the alt key whilst moving then it stops you dead in your tracks. Whereas on the retail server you are able to move freely with the alt key pressed.
It would be greatly appreciated if we could move whilst pressing the alt key. I often find myself running through the world and toggling my minimap, having to stand on the spot to do this is jarring. Along the same lines, it is invaluable to be able to toggle trade on the go - this has likely saved my life at an OP fight before.

Downloading troubles
Ok so I set it to download the client last night--from the main website--to my linux setup. The next day I copied to my windows setup. When I booted up windows and tried to run the executable, it said it wasn't a win32 executable. My windows setup is WinXp Sp3. It meets all the minimum requireemnts with room, so what gives with that? Maybe somehow it got messed up when I saved it to my ubuntu partition, but that shouldn't happen. So today I went and downloaded from the main site. I noticed the bandwidth was only 300 kb/s. It seemed slow? So I tried downloading from the other link supplied by the accompanying techhaven site. I noticed it started fine but then dropped to 50 - 180 kb/s. Long story short, I made some mistakes and I got tired of downloading because it was steady 50-100 kb/s and taking forever.
Anyone know what's going on. My DSL is able to download 1.1 MB/s or 11 to 12 maximum mbps.

Mouse aim issues?
I'm not sure if it's my mouse or just the nature of the game being old, but when I move my mouse very slowly the reticle in-game doesn't pick up the minute movement of the mouse making it tough to aim and make small adjustments.
Anyone else have this issue? I'm at 800 DPI currently. Doesn't happen with other games.

Faction Warzones
- Club Veronique is now a Faction Warzones.
- The Red Pepper Security guards will shoot runners that are hostile to the faction holding Club Veronique.
- To hack a Faction Warzones requires 3 hackers.
- DoY Sector 10 remains a Faction Warzone.
RPOS/UI fixes and improvements
- Added /local, /buddy, /team, /direct and /custom commands to activate the corresponding chat channels when provided with no further text.
- Added more options for the level designers regarding Wavespawns.
- Added RPOS sorting to the items an NPC is selling. Click on the column titles Description, Sell or Buy to sort by them ascending or descending.

Please reassign your keys. In the key options click DEFAULT and from there start assigning your wished key bindings again. If you do not reassign your keys, formerly ALT+[KEY] combination will work on [KEY] only!
Faction Warzones
- Club Veronique is now a Faction Warzones.
- The Red Pepper Security guards will shoot runners that are hostile to the faction holding Club Veronique.
- To hack a Faction Warzones requires 3 hackers.
- DoY Sector 10 remains a Faction Warzone.
RPOS/UI fixes and improvements
- Added /local, /buddy, /team, /direct and /custom commands to activate the corresponding chat channels when provided with no further text.
- Added more options for the level designers regarding Wavespawns.
- Added RPOS sorting to the items an NPC is selling. Click on the column titles Description, Sell or Buy to sort by them ascending or descending.

[R#218] Stealth animation bug
When stealth tool is used, if a player zones the stealth animation is still visible client side in first and third person, weapons can still be drawn and fired.
Only tested when zoning as the count down timer for the stealth was shown so this maybe the window when the bug happens, too late in the evening for further testing :)

[#R218] - Auto loot preventing opening of containers
Found that when you use the auto-loot feature on a mob, it prevents other containers being used.
I tested in Agi Cellars, Plaza 2. 2 Agressor Captains dead in one of the rooms. I opened the door first a couple of times to make sure that wasn't the cause.
I then looted the first Agi (closest to the door) using conventional Right Click>Take All and opened the door fine.
I then looted the second Agi, who was slightly further away using quick loot. The door would not open for about 10 seconds. Neither would the crate next to the door.
I've been able to replicate this a few times.

Neocronicle: New Security For Neocrons Most Amusing Quarters

All kinds of adult entertainment are traditionally to be found in Neocrons lower districts, namely the Pepper Park. Offering fun, games and bloodshed, these parts of our city are less thoroughly administrated by the law and its enforcers, the NCPD. This has led to an undesireable increase in acts of senseless violence, so business owners in the entertainment boroughs of Neocron were looking for a solution. Fortunately this seems to be ready at hand, as a new corporation by the name of Red Pepper Security is stepping in, as we speak. And your first source of information, the Neocronicle, was in place to do an interview with a representative of this corporation via a secure and encrypted new audio chat app supplied by some specialists in Tech Haven, called WhatsHack.
Q: Sir, let my first express my gratitude for your quick reaction and...

Q: So, uhm, what are your plans for the Pepper Park and its security?
A: Simple. We move in to Club Veronique.
Q: And if some wrongdoer would ?

Dome of York Ideas
The dome is such a huge place and I feel its just an empty carcass, I have some idea's which would make things interesting:
I think the core zone's should have the last remnants of DOY troops and high level mutants who have made a home in the lost sectors. Each ex City Faction HQ could also have a mob, for example FA did some experiments there, we could have a big mutant boss and areas that drops tech parts. Hacking the sector could allow that faction to GR in without SI and perhaps offer supplies etc..

Doy was defeated and everyone fled, but it still stands and there are still soldiers fighting for it's cause, perhaps we could use this to create a DOY faction, its allied to TG, Neutral to the other anti city factions and enemy to all pro city factions.
We could have the main sector the last safe area for surviving DOY citizens and outside of these guards and mobs which fight each other 24/7.. players could join in the fight or go deeper into DOY, we could have some missions as well for end game.
We could bring back the DOY apartments and leave the centre zone safe, due to low population DOY citizens should be able to enter NC for trade reasons.

ich suche 3 TH CPU's und 11 mal den Hawking Chip. Schreibt mich doch hier an oder im Spiel. Falls ich nicht online bin auf Titan könnt ihr mir auch eine Mail hinterlassen. PN geht im Moment hier nicht weil mein Postfach voll ist. Muss erst mal heraus finden was ich löschen kann ohne Gefahr zu laufen etwas zu vergessen.

Introduce Droner PA
Currently the droning main skill Remote Control is the only combat skill not have a PA tailored towards it.
It's unsatisfying to have a droner build and have to use a pistol / rifle PA just for the dex and have those combat points wasted. For new players must seem strange.
Now we've started to have brand new weapons and new models introduced I'd like to see this old issue solved. I'd propose a droner PA introduced alongside any pistol or rifle PAs. Starting with regular silver & WoC PAs initially as these all look identical regardless of benefiting skills. Then moving on the regant PA (iirc different color for different skill?).
Moving forward there are more instances of missing PAs, camo pistol & rifle PAs come to mind and there may be more.
Where does the community stand on introducing droner PAs along with the others missing? Is anyone actualy against the idea?
