Changes to Maintenance Schedule

Along with the recent set of patches, one of which included our new ability to designate certain sectors of the game world as "always-on", improvements have also been made around stability and maintenance requirements.

We have now removed the daily automated server reboot of Titan and replaced this with a single reboot on Tuesday morning European time.
