Got a problem with heal software, using the highest tool I can (TL 52) I'm only getting a damage output of 10% from the tool. The tool itself is a constructed version - 99% damage and it's equivalent to the 'Bad' store bought version.
It may be a bug with the UI as the heal seems to be okish I've checked the logs and it's about 10 per tick, the information on the tool suggests it's only doing 3 per tick.
