Installed Neocrack again and for some reason my frame rate is locked at 91. VSync isn't on (checked nvidia control panel and its 144hz). I don't remember having this problem before but I did get a new video card a while back, I have the Titanx. I have an asus 144hz monitor and I get some pretty bad screen tearing stuck at 91 fps. Anyone have this problem before and know how to fix it?
